The Myth I have chosen is how Maui brought fire to the world

Who are the main characters?
The Main characters are Maui and Mahuika, I guess there are some side characters the villagers, Maui's mother

Myths and legends are used to help explain how things came to be, what is your chosen myth or legend explaining?
From what I can understand whilst reading the story, that I think we shouldn't play with fire and actually put them to good use not wasting them around

Singed? = slightly burnt but not that much
