my reflection on my PE class and what I have done and what I prefer
Sprints
Why I picked Sprints?
Because I can practice and endure my running lengths and also helps me balance my running pace in either I should slow down, go fast and so on
the correct technique for this [this is mostly from what I know whilst running]
is to have a balance running speed so that you don't exhaust yourself and be prepared properly exercise first
Have I improved in this event?
yes it helped me last longer and be more fit
How could I improve?
To reach more higher lengths and try to last more
Another event I want to improve on is High jump
since from doing high jump I always kept on not liking high jump since I never tried to do it again and then I tried it and I wanted to improve
